Cars24 is hiring for the role of Data Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Implement effective sales strategies to drive numbers and ensure the growth of the Assured Buyback Program. Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners (Bajaj, Honda, and in-house sales teams) to encourage seamless collaboration and enhance lead generation. Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving sales queries and escalations, visiting partner dealerships when necessary.
• Ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, facilitating smooth processes and swift issue resolution.
• Work closely with partner dealerships to generate leads, keeping them informed and motivated about the Assured Buyback Program’s value proposition.
• Performance Reporting: Regularly monitor and report on sales progress, partner engagement, and any escalations, providing updates to management.

Requirements:

• We are looking for a Data Analyst who possesses: 1+ years of experience in SQL, Google sheets, Tableau or any other visualization tool.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards taking on new challenges.
