JPMorgan Chase & Co. is hiring for the role of Data Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Cleans and prepares data: this involves filtering data, handling missing values, and preparing the dataset for analysis to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Explores and analyses data: uses digital tools and techniques to explore and analyze data, identifies patterns, relationships, and trends
• Delivers data for multiple large complex strategic programs and Identify ways to automate data readiness in partnership with product owner(s) and technology
• Creates visual representations of data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboards to make the data understandable at a glance
• Analyses quality of critical data elements and works with data owners and/or tech partners to ensure data is ‘fit-for-purpose’
• Prepares presentations to communicate the insights and findings from the data to project lead and stakeholders, which can influence decision-making processes
• Works with other departments to understand their data needs and help them make informed decisions based on data insights.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in mining large datasets as a data analyst
• Draw valid inferences and present them to management leveraging appropriate tools
• Exceptional analytical abilities to compile, structure, examine, and present large complex data sets with precision and thoroughness
• Strong Alteryx and tableau skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools
• Good communication and presentation skills to simplify complex data insights for audiences without a technical background
• Self-starter, able to work autonomously, with strong time management skills; efficient at multi-tasking to deliver on-time, to a high standard
