About this Job
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize data from different sources for analysis.
- Assist in creating reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics, Power BI, Excel, or Tableau.
- Identify trends and insights to support business decisions.
- Support sales, marketing, and operations teams with data-driven insights.
- Work with structured and unstructured data to improve reporting accuracy.
- Learn and apply SQL, data visualization, and statistical techniques for analytics.
- Assist in CRM analytics and sales performance tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, and any BI tool (Power BI, Zoho Analytics, or Tableau preferred).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of data visualization and statistical concepts.
- Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies in data analytics.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
- Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
- Exposure to Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, or any CRM system.
- Internship or project experience in data analytics.
