Virtusa is hiring for the role of Data Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across various systems.
• Assist in the development and improvement of data processes and systems.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
• Work with other team members to implement data-driven strategies and business decisions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of snowflake , SQL, Excel, and Power BI
• Strong knowledge of statistical techniques and data modeling.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and techniques.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex data findings clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms or advanced analytics tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS is advantageous.
