Wizikey is hiring for the role of Data Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics for business operations and client success.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify opportunities for process optimization and product improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Sales, to support strategic initiatives.
• Build predictive models and implement machine learning algorithms to enhance decision-making processes.
• Translate complex data findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor data quality and ensure the accuracy and reliability of analysis.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven company.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools like Python, R, or SQL.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of media monitoring and PR-tech platforms is an added advantage.
