Deutsche Bank is hiring for the role of Data Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with Data Owners, Stewards, Divisional Records Managers, Divisional Data Leads, and Data Lifecycle teams to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across the organization.
• Support the implementation and management of Data & Records Management governance tools and technologies.
• Regularly assess and refine Data & Records governance processes and policies for continuous improvement.
• Ensure data location and usage are documented through agreed Data Governance tools.
• Maintain regular reports and metrics to track Data Quality and Governance performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of Data Governance tools and technologies to enhance initiatives.
• Provide training and support to Data Owners and Stewards on Data Governance best practices.
• Monitor and report on Data Quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify and address Data Quality issues, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in economics, business administration, computer science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Data & Records Management requirements, including identification, classification, retention, archiving, retrieval, and disposal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across locations and hierarchies.
• Autonomous working style with intrinsic motivation for the job.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying messages to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Expertise with Data Management tools (e.g., Collibra) is a plus.
• Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices is a plus.
