NatWest Group is hiring for the role of Data Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Analyze complex bank, franchise, or functional data to identify business issues and opportunities.
- Extract, store, manipulate, process, and analyze data to support high-quality business solutions.
- Develop and perform standard queries to ensure data quality and identify inconsistencies or missing data.
- Collect, profile, and map data for use in new or existing solutions and ongoing data activities.
- Identify and document data migration paths and processes, ensuring standardization in data naming, definitions, and modeling.
- Interpret customer needs, translating them into functional or data requirements and process models.
- Support multiple large, complex, and critical projects within the department.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience using data analysis tools and delivering data analysis in a technology or IT function.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with Quantexa products and SQL/Spark queries.
- Data Expertise: In-depth understanding of interrelationships among data and multiple data domains.
- Research Skills: Strong background in conducting qualitative and quantitative research across diverse subjects.
- Soft Skills: Excellent influencing and communication abilities.
- Education: Relevant degree or equivalent work experience in data analysis or related fields is preferred.
