Fresh to Home is hiring for the role of Data Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Analyze how various marketing campaigns are performing.
• Build/implement various statistics models to improve product offerings and user experience.
• Work closely with internal teams to identify, define, collect, and track key business metrics for products or business processes.
• Pull data required from different data sources to conduct a business analysis, and build reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor performance.
• Perform data analysis and create dashboards as per defined KPIs.
• Drive change in tech/process backed by data.
• Monitor and provide a feedback loop during the execution of various initiatives
• Conceptualizing user acquisition and retention models to predict the marketing efforts required to meet the targets.
• Analyze how the user base has grown in specific cities over time and insights to replicate and fasten it in other places.
• Publish & communicate weekly metrics to help teams take proactive actions.
• Analyze the funnels for various Organic channels and identify improvement opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for generating efficiency & business impact through automation/data analytics

Requirements:

• QL, Python, Excel, Data Analytics, etc. skills are required
• 1 to 3 years of experience is required
