Schneider Electric is hiring for the role of Data Analyst!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide data-driven insights.
• Assist with cost analysis to identify cost drivers, cost-saving opportunities, and cost reduction strategies
• Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to design visually appealing and informative reports.
• Translate complex data findings into easy-to-understand visual representations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, Statistics).
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in MIS reporting or related fields.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Python, R, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools like Power APP, Power automate, Forms and SharePoint.
• Intermediate level in AI/ML and data science concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of GBS processes and operations is a plus.
• Experience with process automation and data automation tools is an advantage.
