Gainwell Technologies is hiring for the role of Data Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide technical expertise in architecture, design, and implementation.
• Determine the most effective implementation methods to align with architectural designs.
• Collaborate with team members to create insightful reports and dashboards that enhance processes, automate tasks, and add value to the team.
• Work through iterative review cycles to deliver results that meet or exceed user expectations.
• Ensure consistency by adhering to established software coding and style guidelines.
• Demonstrate proven experience in developing and working with SSRS reports.
• Resolve support tickets related to SSRS reports and SQL queries.
• Utilize experience in healthcare or Medicaid to drive process improvements.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Report Development Certification is a plus.

Requirements:

• Ability to interpret technical or dashboard structures and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Advanced knowledge of SSRS and other reporting tools such as Tableau, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, or Power BI, with a focus on best practices for scalability, performance, content management, and governance.
• Advanced understanding of SQL, relational database management systems, data modeling, and normalization, as well as data extraction mechanisms and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong development skills in SSRS, data analytics, and visualizations.
