Happay is hiring for the role of Data Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Partner closely with product teams to instrument and analyze product adoption and impact. Influence the product roadmap by providing answers to key business questions and enabling objective decision-making
• Provide data and insights to support earnings calls, influence marketing activities, and inform strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with different teams to enhance customer engagement, reduce churn, and increase upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Build analytics solutions to democratize deep product metrics across the organization. Utilize strong database skills to work with large, complex data sets. Communicate findings to stakeholders and initiate initiatives for improving business performance
• Derive value from existing analytics frameworks and jump in to build new ones when the business requires them
• Monitor product adoption KPIs and tie them to adjacent business data models to bring out opportunities for expansion and retention

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science. 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Analyst or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience - SQL and Python for data extraction and manipulation from relational/non-relational databases
• Prior experience in a B2B SaaS experience is desirable
• Good knowledge of databases such as Redshift, RDS, Mongo, and platforms like AWS, Tableau, Metabase, Google Analytics, Mix Panel, etc.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create insightful reports and dashboards
• Knowledge of A/B testing and experimental design methodologies
• Work experience with real data for customer insights, business, and market analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Additional Skills (Beneficial): Proficiency in advanced analytics techniques such as machine learning & NLP provides an extra layer of expertise to the role
