Rezo.AI is hiring for the role of Data Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Data Analysis & Data Crunching: Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other data repositories, to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to the business objectives.
• SQL Queries and Database Management: Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and transform data from relational databases. Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity and security.
• Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and other team members to understand business objectives and translate them into clear and concise requirements.
• Report and Dashboard Development: Design and develop comprehensive reports, interactive dashboards, and visualizations to present key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics to stakeholders.
• Data Visualization: Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create visually compelling representations of data that facilitate understanding and decision-making.
• Data Modeling: Assist in designing data models and schemas to support business reporting and analytics requirements.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of key business processes, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Insights and Recommendations: Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and data-driven recommendations, with a focus on driving actionable outcomes.
• Data Quality Assurance: Validate data accuracy, consistency, and completeness, and work with relevant teams to resolve any data quality issues.
• Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance data analytics processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience of at least 2-4 years as a Data/Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Number or Data Crunching.
• Strong proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of database concepts, data modelling, and database management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines.
• Previous experience in the B2B/SaaS industry/domain is a plus.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modelling techniques is great.
