Gocomet is hiring for the role of Data Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Data Collection and Analysis:Collect data from internal and external sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and third-party tools.
  Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  Monitor data quality and consistency; implement processes for data validation and cleansing as needed.
  Analyze data using statistical techniques and data visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  
• Reporting and Dashboard Development:Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations to communicate key performance metrics and insights.
  Customize reports and dashboards to meet the specific needs of stakeholders and decision-makers.
  Automate report generation and distribution processes to improve efficiency and accessibility.
  
• Business Analysis:Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand business requirements and objectives.
  Provide recommendations and insights based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
  Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong analytical mindset: Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• High attention to detail: Focus on data accuracy, quality, and consistency.
• Collaborative: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive business impact.
