Winzo is hiring for the role of Data Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Engage in deep dive analysis to understand business performance and provide concise summaries and recommendations to management.
• Identify new business opportunities to increase growth performance and profitability and define new processes/optimize existing processes.
• Acquire data from various data sources and maintain databases. Own instrumentation and measurement of data and various data sources.
• Build business algorithms based on observing trends within the data
• Work parallely with the founders and the management on various projects to give meaningful insight into various trends/understand user behavior patterns etc.
• Conduct A/B experiments, identify and tweak growth levers, and measure impact statistically.
• Own up dashboarding and visual storytelling of the data and automate the processes.

Requirements:

• 0-4 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in churning and managing high volumes of data and drawing actionable insights
• Drive market leadership across business & product metrics on the back of strong Data Insights & Processes.
• One would get to work in the Green Room of a product that clocks hundreds of millions of micro transactions every month through its tens of millions of users and is growing at a mad speed!
• Expertise in Tableau, FB analytics, MySQL, and Python
