SmartQ is hiring for the role of Data Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Collect and analyze large sets of structured and unstructured data from various sources including internal databases, market research, customer surveys, and more.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and databases to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility.
- Clean and transform raw data into useful formats for analysis, utilizing tools like SQL, Python, R and Excel also experience with product analysis is a plus.
- Interpret data, analyze results, and present key findings to inform business strategies and recommendations.
- Identify data trends and patterns to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to facilitate data-driven decision making.
- Use statistical models and techniques to perform trend analysis, forecasting, and predictive modelling.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and recommend innovative solutions to enhance data quality and analysis capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations while handling sensitive information.
Requirements:
- 2-4 Years of proven work experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a technology-driven organization.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret complex data from various sources.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Excel, or other programming languages commonly used for data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques, data mining, and statistical analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in the food & beverage industry is a plus, but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
