Data Analyst Job in Pune at DHL

DHL is hiring for the role of Data Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Liaise between O9 and  Demand Planning Teams and be the SPOC for O9 from  side
• Be responsible for all Data Inputs and Uploads into O9 for forecast generation
• Update O9 Cycle Calendars for timely activities in O9
• Perform hygiene checks to ensure data flow and calculations in O9 are pristine
• Raise tickets for any bugs in O9 and ensure resolution of the same by coordinating with the Customer Success Team of O9.
• Perform basic analysis on the forecast and do a comparative study with S&OP forecast to find anomalies (extremely low/high forecast, flat forecast, etc.)
• Ensure timely submission of all forecast related reports to relevant stakeholders
• Contribute to the improvement of the processes and information systems related to his/her activity and be the referent of his/her job in his/her country
• Prepare, monitor, and report the key metrics around the Planning process including, Forecast Accuracy/BIAS, FVA, Forecast Fidelity, and Forecast Adherence – and accountable to drive structural improvements around these metrics
• Manage the communication between key stakeholders within & outside the organization

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate clearly and influence decision-making across functions and with management teams
• Strong MS Excel Skills (pivot tables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, etc.)
• Strong business acumen
• Understanding of different forecasting techniques and good analytical skills
• Knowledge of different planning systems and experience in planning processes
• Ability to understand complex problems and use structured problem-solving techniques to solve them
• Knowledge of O9 Tool will be preferred
