Myntra is hiring for the role of Data Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Monitor key metrics such as revenue per unit, gross margin, provisioning liquidation, conversion, average order value, and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with the analytics team to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and improve future performance.
• Liaise with the finance team to ensure the accuracy of P&L reporting for the portfolio.
• Reconcile discounts with brand associates for funding of sale day properties.
• Monitor discounting/pricing for key brands on other portals to ensure parity and preempt customer switching.
• Analyze trends related to inventory, revenue, stock cover, and the impact of marketing initiatives.
• Influence various teams and stakeholders within the organization to meet goals and project timelines.
• Set up reporting processes for operational streamlining.
• Conduct sales forecasting and trend analysis.
• Develop and innovate strong analyses and trends that shape new dimensions of pricing.

Requirements:

• Exhibit strong problem-solving ability through structured thinking, analytical skills, and process orientation.
• Possess advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL, with knowledge of Python and an aptitude for further learning.
• Preferably know about automating Google trackers using Python.
• Demonstrate a bias for action and speed of implementation, in line with Myntra's culture.
• Take ownership of projects from conceptualization to execution.
• Collaborate effectively by building working relationships with members from other departments.
• Support analysts within the team in their respective roles.
