Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Perform data cleaning and validation to ensure data integrity.
• Process improvement to existing data curation process and documentation.
• Deliver against established task timelines.
• Communicate progress, issues, and results to stakeholders.
• Manage and keep up to date on all work-related procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Molecular Biology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of databases and query languages. (SQL)
• Experienced with handling large data sets.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across national/cultural boundaries and time zones.
• Highly computer literate with demonstrated proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications, including browsers, like Internet Explorer and Chrome.
• Knowledge of database applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly is required.
• Understanding of conference schedules and deadlines, abstract submission procedures, and future conference planning.
• Understanding of biotech and/or pharmaceutical publication processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
