Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Proven experience in an Analyst or similar data analysis role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, R, Python, or others.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI to create engaging dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
• Experience in web scraping and data collection from diverse sources.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity.
• Knowledge of customer experience metrics like NPS, CSAT, and CES is advantageous.
• Understanf market dynamics and customer trends is a plus.

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Fluent in MS Office, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated interest in market research.
• Possess 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Capable of mining data for insights and providing actionable recommendations for brands and organizations.
• Fluent in MS Office, particularly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint.
