BeatO is hiring for the role of Data Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Perform data modeling and prepare data in databases for use in various analytics tools and configure and develop data pipelines to move and optimize data assets.
• Work to a high standard, while balancing a diverse workload effectively to meet key deadlines
• Understand business requirements, convert them into analytical solutions, and identify the right fields in the data to solve business problems.
• Acquire & enhance understanding of multiple businesses in operations.
• Develop business analytics solutions to generate actionable insights as per business needs and work closely with cross-capability teams throughout the solution development lifecycle from design to implementation & monitoring

Requirements:

• 0-4 years of business analytics (data-focused), reporting, and project hands-on experience.
• Programming Languages - Python /R / SQL
• Knowledge of creating data models, data flows, pipelines, and setting up a process of QC the final data.
• Expertise in Data Visualization; Power BI/ Tableau - dashboard creation (data model design, dashboard design, data loading from database to Tableau/ Power BI, handling large amount of data efficiently, drill down view, different other functionalities)
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets
• Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/MCA or any other related field
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving & story-telling abilities with an analytical mindset
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating a good level of maturity
