Capillary Technologies is hiring for the role of Data Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Prepare a DUR report to chart out a complete understanding of the existing data and results of the sanity and hygiene check conducted.
• Perform data profiling and data quality assessment to create DQR reports to support data migration and analytics activities.
• Maintain detailed documentation on activities performed to drive data accuracy and sanctity for each client.
• Create and upload import-ready files into the data warehouse once DQR is approved by the client.
• Perform standard checks to validate data accuracy/data loss between pre and post-import stages.
• Upload the delta data and perform an incremental data check to assess the system integrity post-implementation.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and suggest best practices to build reusable, scalable ETL modules and automation data.
• Prepare reports on data risk mitigation and escalate any data risks identified in the process.

Requirements:

• Advanced SQL & Python skills(Optimize complex SQL queries) and experience in joining/cleansing datasets from multiple sources
• Should have knowledge of export and import of Database objects from one database to another database
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Python-Statistical Programming
• Tool and Technology Management: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data analytics tools and technologies, and make recommendations for their adoption to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the team
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collaborate with team members to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights to support decision-making processes across the organization.
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations
• Ability to escalate problems for any support needed for problem resolution
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
