Lightcast is hiring for the role of Data Aggregation and Curation Associate!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Quick analysis of web data and its structure to build new scrapers
- Troubleshoot existing web scrapers to aggregate data from websites and APIs
- Demonstrate case studies
- Meet turnaround time, not breaching SLAs set up by internal/external customers
- Ensure the quality of annotated data
- Follow the Agile methodology
- A report in JIRA and Confluence daily
- Follow individual and team goals to abide by Key Performance Indicators
Requirements:
- Entry-level graduates with basic computer knowledge
- Knowledge of scripting
- Attention to detail and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team across shifts
- A good understanding of Excel is a plus
- Must be able to quickly understand and self-learn in an ever-changing environment
