Shell is hiring for the role of Data Account And Asset Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Involve working with Process Focal Point to ensure that these exceptions can be systematically handled in the future by proactively identifying areas for improvement in the process.
- Play an active role as a member in improvement projects and sometimes lead improvement projects.
- Responsible for interpreting and responding to queries related to the requests and ERP-related processes.
- Maintain the records for the work completed like work log, etc.
- Lead and support other users and focal points in the analysis and resolution of issues in these logs.
- Comply with record archival policies
- Accurate maintenance of files and other similar trackers/logs and perform the resolution of any queries thereon
Requirements:
- Graduate in Finance & Accountancy – Mandatory
- Mandatory hands-on experience in SAP Security for UAP roles
- More than 2 years of experience in the areas of Finance and Accounts in a large organisation preferred
- Expertise in finance MRD and SAP
- Exposure to Process Improvements and Transformation projects is desirable
- Experience in Stakeholder management in a virtual world is desirable
- Proven skills in written and spoken English
