Deloitte is hiring Dashboard & Reporting - Analyst 

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Gather, examine, interpret, and present data along with insights
  • Learning Plan - Create and test the learning plan template for distribution to member firms. Track submission of learning plans and follow up with member firms on incomplete plans. Assist member firms to complete their learning plans. Consolidate and analyze learning plan data to support learning plan reporting.
  • Evaluation - Create online evaluation surveys for learning programs and events. Schedule the deployment of evaluation surveys, according to agreed parameters of evaluation programs. Deploy evaluation surveys, monitor survey completion, and follow up as required. Collate and analyze evaluation survey data and create evaluation reports.
  • Learning Reviews – Create online member firm data collection tools. Schedule the deployment of pulse check learning reviews.  Deploy member firm data collection tools, monitor completion, and follow up as required. Collate and analyze member firm data to support reporting.
  • Design and maintain data collection systems as required – responding to ad hoc data requests by developing innovative and creative solutions for the success and improvement of projects and processes.
  • Team SharePoint site management
  • Providing support to the team for various tasks and activities including Program Management, Editorial & Production, or other ad hoc requests as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. MBA preferred
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • At minimum, the successful candidate must possess following skillsets
  • Experience in survey creation using Verint EFM tool, and SharePoint based surveys – from a data collection and reporting standpoint
  • Demonstrated mastery of SharePoint
  • Adept user of SharePoint forms & lists, Nintex forms, MS InfoPath, and SharePoint Designer workflows to support automation efforts
  • Able to handle, manipulate, analyze, summarize, and report on data using Tableau & Power BI
  • Demonstrated mastery of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) with the ability to create high-quality design and content rich deliverables
  • Demonstrating active interest in, and comfortable with technology and systems and the desire to increase this skill set through experiential learning
  • A ‘consulting mindset’ and ‘customer service’ orientation coupled with the ability to work under tight time constraints
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (including reading, writing, comprehension, and verbal communication) with an ability to clearly articulate ideas and present concepts convincingly

  • Able to work independently and remotely from line management, operating proactively with limited day to day supervision
  • Flexibility – prepared to adapt working schedule to accommodate virtual team’s needs and willing to work overtime as needs dictate
