General Mills is hiring for the role of D&T Quality Engineer I!
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Analyze non-functional requirements from business stakeholders.
- Identify and report bugs with accurate severity levels.
- Drive bug acceptance with an 85%+ success rate.
- Prepare and present test execution reports to stakeholders.
- Define precise test scope for all testing activities.
- Manage communication with stakeholders across diverse countries and time zones.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering or equivalent required.
- Familiarity with working in Agile teams.
- Demonstrate flexibility for occasional late-hour work.
- Ability to create, execute, and manage SIT test cases and data.
- Expertise in Automation Testing and API Integration Testing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
