Cybersecurity Platform Analyst Job in Pune at Qualys

Qualys is hiring for the role of Cybersecurity Platform Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Analyze product usage data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Partner with customers, sales, and support team to answer technical client questions.
• Partner with sales to help explain and demonstrate the use cases of the software to customers.
• Gather insights into industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for new features or enhancements.
• Identify success metrics for new product features or updates.
• Measure feature adoption, customer retention, and conversion rates
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to align insights with product goals.
• Build best practices guide and technical documentation for training materials, technical marketing collateral, manuals, troubleshooting guides, etc
• Open to work in flexible hours to support internal teams and customers in different geography.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: BE/BTech/MCA in Computer Science or a related field.
• Cybersecurity Knowledge: Good understanding and interest in cybersecurity domains such as Compliance Audits, Vulnerability Management, and Attack Surface Management.
• Certifications & Experience: Prior experience and/or relevant cybersecurity certifications are mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in working with diverse technologies, including Operating Systems, Web Servers, Network Devices, Databases, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Documentation Skills: Ability to create clear, concise, and well-structured technical documentation.
• Software Engineering & Project Management: Familiarity with Software Engineering Concepts and Agile/Project Management methodologies.
