Deloitte is hiring for the role of Cybersecurity Operations Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Communicate and manage updates on incidents, findings, containment measures, and timelines.
• Prepare incident reports with response actions and improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with L2 and L3 teams to refine alerting rules and reduce false positives.
• Work with client, leadership, and technical teams to facilitate resolution efforts.
• Review resolved tickets for accurate remediation/closure.
• Share technical details and remediation progress to support issue resolution.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, DNS & Linux OS.
• Familiarity with SOAR/SIEM tools and playbooks (Cortex, Phantom, Demisto).

Requirements:

• Ability to manage incident response, reporting, and process improvements.
• Understanding of cybersecurity operations, risk, and compliance frameworks.
