Cyber & Strategic Risk Analyst Job in Bangalore at Deloitte

Deloitte is hiring for the role of Cyber & Strategic Risk Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Analyze client requirements, perform due diligence & research, and advise client on designing cybersecurity focused analytics solutions.
• Work with team members to design and build cloud-based / on-premises analytics solutions and present them to senior management and/or clients.
• Develop API scripts to automate data extraction from cybersecurity and contextual data sources.
• Generate ETL scripts and develop persona-based dashboards/reports for end-user consumption.
• Execute on data management and data analytics best practices to help clients monitor, mitigate cyber security risks, and sustain cybersecurity posture.
• Interact with clients and engagement teams to coordinate project work and ensure client satisfaction.
• Operate an analytics solution and support periodic data refreshes.
• Support project management activities and support training/mentoring of junior resources.
• Work on practice development activities, such as proposals, eminence, and innovation.

Requirements:

• Experience in building data analytics solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, Azure etc. as well as using on-premises technologies.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and environments.
• Strong programming background with an emphasis on data management and data analytics.
• Developer skills using scripting languages like Python.
• Understanding of cloud data migration processes and ability to design alternatives for data ingestion from variety of sources into various databases.
• Experience in working in one or more cloud-based data management or data analytics tool, such as, Redshift, Athena, BigQuery, Data Lake, Databricks etc.
• Experience of handling and integrating large datasets and programming skills in tools like SQL, SAS.
• Conceptual knowledge of Data Warehousing, OLAP, Data Marts, and Data Lakes.
• Understanding of data management concepts, such as, data quality, data lineage, data governance.
• Experience in creating dashboards and generating reports using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Quicksight.
• Experience in data transformation using ETL tools like AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, Informatica, Talend, SSIS, Ab Initio is a plus.
• Certifications such as developer, architect or specialist in the Analytics domain for AWS, Azure or GCP is a plus.
• Prior working knowledge of working cybersecurity datasets is a plus.
