TechDefenceLabs Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the role of Cyber Security Trainer!

Responsibility of the Candidate:

• Deliver comprehensive and engaging lectures on various cybersecurity subjects relevant to
• BTech, MCA, and MSc programs. (e.g., Network Security, Cryptography, Ethical Hacking, Digital Forensics)
• Design and develop high-quality course materials, including syllabi, engaging presentations, and practical exercises.
• Foster a dynamic and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and ethical considerations in cybersecurity.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, advancements, and threats in the cybersecurity landscape.
• Conduct research in the field of cybersecurity and contribute to academic publications.
• Encourage and guide students in their research projects related to cybersecurity.
• Integrate real-world cybersecurity challenges and scenarios into the curriculum.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students pursuing projects, internships, or research in cybersecurity.
• Assist students in developing practical cybersecurity skills and applying theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios.
• Collaborate with fellow faculty members and industry experts to enhance the cybersecurity curriculum and program offerings.
• Establish connections with industry partners to facilitate guest lectures, internships, and collaborative projects in cybersecurity.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with the evolving cybersecurity domain.
• Attend and conduct conferences, workshops, and seminars to network with professionals and enhance cybersecurity expertise.

Requirements:

• BTech/BSc/BCA or MTech/MCA/Masters in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 6months to 1 year of experience in the cybersecurity field (industry or academic preferred).
• Previous teaching experience at the university level (highly desirable).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success in the cybersecurity field.
• Proficient in using relevant cybersecurity tools and technologies for teaching and research.
• Strong research and analytical skills (if applicable).
