Honeywell is hiring for the role of Cyber Security Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

•  Lead, manage, and direct a team of Product Security data analysis professionals
• Elicit and manage data reporting requirements with key stakeholders
• Architect and drive the extraction of data from various sources using APIs or DB queries
• Own the design and implementation of dashboards based on transformed data
• Present dashboards to key stakeholders to facilitate the decision-making process
• Drive changes in Product Security tools to improve the collection of security data
• Proactively leverage our rich data to identify trends and ways for us to optimize our work and drive down risk in our products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with software development and validation
• Experience managing teams
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate diverse groups, help negotiate priorities, and resolve conflicts among project stakeholders
• Experience with data transformation techniques (knowledge of data architecture, data quality, data mapping, and data structures)
• Passion for effective communication of quantitative data
•  Ability to travel worldwide ca.10%
