Acronis is hiring for the role of Cyber Protection Advisor!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
• Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; building rapport, providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations
• Handles customer and partner inquiries related to quotes, pricing, technical inquiries, identifying the needs, and qualifying the projects.
• Positively interacts and collaborates with Customers, Acronis partners
• Build relationships with customers and partners based on knowledge of our technology, products, and services
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Work closely with distributor, Acronis Sales manager, and Sales Engineers to ensure sales closure

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a cyber security company demonstrating a strong understanding of industry practices and protocols is required
• Fluent in Indian and English languages with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven sales experience in closing sales
• Strong time management skills to be punctual, reliable, and attention to detail
• Ability to articulate the product’s different features, and answer any questions customers might have
• Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred
• Able to make up 30 and above calls each day
• Self-motivated, upbeat, organized, and highly persistent in follow-ups
• Flexible, team player, open to changes in responsibilities and strategies
