Atlas Copco (India) Limited is hiring for the role of Customer Support Officer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support for our customers mainly digitally and by phone
• Work closely with our regional sales team to drive our customer experience.
• Plan and process customer orders from opening to delivery and invoicing.
• Perform proactive order tracking and delivery time monitoring
• Develop flexible, customer-oriented solutions
• Active complaint management
• Promote the digitalization of our business

Requirements:

• Experience in a related field (e.g., internship) is an advantage but not required
• Experience with common merchandise management systems (e.g., SAP) and proficiency in MS Office are desirable
• Education: Diploma/Degree in any discipline
