Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients.
- Build strong relationships with strategic customers.
- Identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Direct and indirect Tax
- Basic Knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi additional regional language added advantage
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help
- The agent should solve the problem on the first call if the issue cannot be solved at Your level ticket to be raised
- Any graduation (B, Com, MBA, M, Com preferably)
