Schwing Stetter is hiring for the role of Customer Support Executive - Spares Marketing!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Responsible for day-to-day sales activities i.e., inquiry follow-up, sending quotations, material planning, etc.,
- The candidate should be aggressive in increasing overall sales revenue.
- Maintain good business relationships with customers.
- Generate MIS reports and coordinate with HO for better planning and organization of spare parts.
Requirements:
- Any degree
- Desirable Skills: Interpersonal Skills, customer relationship, Customer Management, SAP, MM Modules
- Years Of Exp: 2 to 3 Years
- Should be a team player
- Should be able to perform under pressure
- Should communicate effectively with other departments and branches on a daily basis
- Should have efficient planning skills
- MS Office, Computer Skills, communication skills, technical support, customer handling, marketing, Convincing Power
