About this Job

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify and manage potential customer issues, and work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and ensure successful outcomes for customers
  • Conduct regular check-ins and assessments to understand customer needs and proactively address any potential roadblock
  • Collect and analyse customer feedback to inform product improvements and drive customer success initiatives
  • Meet or exceed customer renewal and upsell targets
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to ensure that customers are receiving the best possible service and support.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools
  • Demonstrated success in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Ability to effectively analyse and report on customer data.
  • Candidate should have good sales acumen, preferably inside sales
  • Excellent English communication
  • Preferred Industry- Media, Education, BPO, ITES, exports, e-commerce and travel
