Roles & Responsibilities

· Support customers by providing helpful information,

· Overseeing the customer service process.

· Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.

· Answering questions, and responding to complaints.

· Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.

· Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support

· Courier Tracking, contacting courier people, giving feedback to the customer
