Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of representatives offering customer support & Overseeing the customer service process.
• Resolving customer complaints related to the product.
• Creating process documents.
• Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.

Requirements:

• Should be able to resolve queries over the calls or have experience in Inbound process.
• Good to have experience in Service/Product Support.
• Able to educate customer on product and assist over the calls & emails.
• Should be good in probing customer and customer needs and Provide feedback inputs to stakeholders and activation of services, resolving customer queries.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team.
• Computer skills.
• Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
