LifeSigns is hiring for the role of Customer Support Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:  

  • Handle inbound calls from field staff and respond to their queries, complaints, and support requests in a timely, professional manner. 
  • Use the appropriate tools and SOPs to provide accurate and complete information. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate speedy resolution of field issues. 
  • Maintain a courteous and empathetic tone, especially when addressing escalations. 
  • Keep detailed records of calls, resolutions, and follow-ups using the support database. 
  • Consistently maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions and communication. 
  • Track and meet performance metrics such as turnaround time (TAT), call quality, and issue resolution rates. 
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new tools, processes, and product developments. 
  • Contribute to process improvement by flagging recurring issues and suggesting solutions. 

Requirements:

  • Graduate from any discipline. 
  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer support or inbound call handling role. 
  • Prior exposure to ticketing tools or CRM systems is preferred. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 
  • Comfortable working under pressure and handling real-time problem-solving. 
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per support needs
