PayU is hiring for the role of Customer Support Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Analyzing customer complaints and ensuring resolution within the defined TAT (Turnaround Time)
- Following up with respective departments to ensure timely ticket resolution
- Preparing funnel reports for complaints received by the customer service team
- Analyzing repeated complaint cases to identify root causes and reduce recurrence
- Handling cases related to various credit bureaus to resolve disputes
- Managing customer transaction-related disputes and ensuring proper resolution
- Analyzing complaint data for regulatory reporting and compliance purposes
