Responsibilities of Candidates:
- Analyzing customer complaints and resolving them within TAT
- Following up with respective departments for ticket resolution
- Preparing funnel reports for customer service complaints
- Analyzing repeated cases for reduction
- Handling cases for different bureaus to resolve disputes
- Managing customer transaction-related disputes
- Analyzing complaint data for regulatory reporting
