Digialpha is hiring for the job role of Customer Support Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Handling Customer queries and concerns in real time via phone, chat, and email.
  • Customer problem-solving, assistance, and follow-up.
  • Handle flight reservations (New and existing bookings- date change, refunds, name corrections).
  • Provide prompt and concise Customer services, travel booking, and support.
  • Handle reservations, assist, book, amend, and/or cancel air, hotel, car, and activity.
  • Experience in issuing international air tickets via saber is required – Amadeus.
  • Experience with travel loyalty programs would be advantageous.
Requirements:
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
  • Must be available to work for 24 *7 Shift, 5 Days Working.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills with a self-learning attitude
  • Team player, self-motivated, and creative thinking. 
  • Previous Travel Product and Membership Customer Support preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the travel industry from the consumer perspective.
  • Strong empathy and listening skills.
  • Ability to be adaptable to changing situations.
