Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person, maintaining a polite and professional demeanor.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, complaints, or requests effectively and efficiently.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments when necessary.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Stay updated on product/service updates and changes.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in a CRM system.
  • Generate reports and provide feedback to management on recurring issues or trends.
  • Educate customers on how to use products or services effectively.
  • Provide guidance and resources to help customers troubleshoot common problems.
  • Ensure that customer interactions meet established quality standards and follow company guidelines.
  • Gather and document customer feedback and suggestions.
  • Relay feedback to relevant departments for continuous product or service improvement.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with a Bachelors degree.
  • Proven experience in a customer support or service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with customer inquiries or complaints.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Multilingual abilities for handling international customers.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific products or services.
  • Experience with handling technical support or specialized customer queries.
