About:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive responsible for handling the client queries and proving them the solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the company products & implementation area, handle complete queries and concerns of customers/clients and to provide the customers with satisfying solutions.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable communicating with clients via calls, email, and Skype
- Target-oriented and able to work independently
- Proficient in follow-ups
- Proven track record in client handling
- Self-starter and self-motivated individual
- Good knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc
