MavenVista is hiring for the role of Customer Support Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Resolving customer support queries via call or ticketing tools.
- Creating/updating platform usage reports on a weekly and monthly basis and also sharing the same with respective client SPOC.
- Ensuring the highest Customer Satisfaction through appropriate handling of Customer Complaints & Suggestions.
- Creating easy-to-understand user manuals/FAQs and updating the same after each product update.
- Creating required MIS reports for each client in Excel PPT or Word files.
- Guiding & supporting clients for better utilization of services offered by the organization.
- Supporting & conducting auction events if needed.
