Supersourcing is hiring for the role of Customer Support Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to user problems
• Escalate complex user issues to the appropriate department or team member
• Document user interactions and follow-up actions in our customer service database
• Continuously seek ways to improve user satisfaction and optimize support processes
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics
• Stay current with new products and services and communicate relevant information to users

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of basic computer and internet technologies
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
