Logix is hiring for the role of Customer Support Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Provide customer support through calls, mail, and remote sessions for troubleshooting email and messaging-related issues.
- Aim to achieve 100% customer satisfaction for the support provided.
- Possess knowledge of Email, DNS, and mail client configuration.
- Perform close monitoring of infrastructure.
- Demonstrate dedication and proactiveness towards assignments.
- Be self-motivated, and ready to work rotational shifts and overtime.
- Exhibit enthusiasm and a hunger for learning related to work, being proactive in self-training.
- Ensure high availability as and when required.
- Function as a team player.
- Freshers can also apply.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate
- Freshers can apply/Candidates with experience will be an added advantage
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in email configuration and troubleshooting will be preferred.
- Must have basic knowledge of computers and networks.
