Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through chat in a timely manner.
- Handle collection process queries and resolve billing/technical issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
- Meet KPIs such as resolution time, eNPS, customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a courteous and empathetic approach.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to multitask chats and handle pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge, CRM proficiency.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and 5-day week.
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving ability.
