Requirements: 

• Graduation from a recognized institution
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner
• Problem-solving abilities and a patient, customer-focused approach to handling inquiries and resolving issues
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced customer support environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer interactions and resolutions
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
