Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Respond to customer queries via email, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Identify and escalate urgent customer requests or complaints.
• Adhere to data entry procedures and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English grammar and punctuation.
• Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to type quickly and accurately on a computer keyboard.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Openness to working in US time zones.
