About this Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat or in-person in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the root cause and working with other teams, such as technical support, billing or sales to find a resolution.
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate team or manager as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide product and service information to customers and assist them in understanding and using the company's products or services.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures, and provide feedback to management on customer issues and trends.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and that they are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of the company's products or services through training and education.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and marketing, to improve the customer experience and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills in English & Hindi. (Tamil, Kannada, Telugu).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers of all backgrounds.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends if required.
  • Patience and empathy while handling difficult customer situations.
  • Fluency in one or more languages other than English may be an advantage in certain industries or geographic locations.

Working Days:

  • 6 Days Working (Rotational Week Off)
  • Pure day shifts only/males Night Shift
  • After 6month there will be increment based on their performance.
